Sir Keir Starmer to Push Partner Nations on Extended-Range Weaponry for Ukrainian Forces at London Summit
The UK Prime Minister is expected to urge supporting countries to supply Ukraine with further long-range missiles to target Moscow's positions during a meeting in Britain on Friday.
Britain's leader is set to welcome Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside what's known as "alliance of supportive nations", including more than 20 of supporting nations who have committed to provide Ukraine security guarantees once fighting stops is arranged.
Ukraine's president has been pleading for weeks for further long-range weapons from allied countries, a step that Moscow has cautions would intensify the conflict.
President Zelensky is journeying from the EU capital, where he conferred with EU leaders on Thursday requesting economic assistance.

Britain's leader will press delegates to ramp up the delivery of long-range weapons following an effective operation on a manufacturing site in the Russian city, the Russian Federation, using Britain-delivered missile systems.
